Nun ja: die Lieferung/ der Versand erfolgte sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Die Kaffeemaschine war gut verpackt und kam nicht beschädigt an.
Der Kundenservice war jedoch ein absloutes Armutszeugnis.
Ich habe die Maschine Vormittags für 699,-€ bestellt, nachmittags wurde sie dann plötzlich für 619,-€ angeboten.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice kam nur eine Rückmeldung, dass sie es nicht können und man bitte um Verständnis. Leider keine Erklärung wieso, weshalb, warum.
